We are Kristen and Rosko Wright, owners and directors of Stretch-n-Grow of San Diego.  Starting at a young age, we have been involved in all types of dancing, tumbling, biking, aerobics, sports and yoga.

After becoming parents, time to exercise was scarce.  Now our 4 and 6 year olds love Stretch-n-Grow; it helps our family stay happy and healthy! Our coaching staff are certified youth fitness instructors.  All instructors receive ongoing education in exercise for young children and are CPR and First Aid certified.

Our Business

We love being Stretch-n-Grow affiliates!  As a family-owned small business, Stretch-n-Grow allows us the pleasure of working with a variety of children and teaching them about wellness and fitness.  Our goal is to reach as many children as possible San Diego .  Most of all, we enjoy helping children stay healthy and HAVE FUN every day!
